Hi, I’m Megan Galloway, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Pasadena, CA.

I provide therapy for women navigating relational trauma, infertility, reproductive trauma, grief, and the emotional ups and downs that come with motherhood.

I’m a highly sensitive person, a mom of two, and someone who has personally navigated developmental and reproductive trauma. In other words, I’ve lived a lot of life, and I bring both my lived experience and my clinical expertise into the therapy room. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, deep empathy, and a steady belief that healing is possible (even when it doesn’t feel that way yet).

My own healing journey through therapy and extensive inner work led me to this path, but my work is also shaped by clinical experience supporting women through healing childhood trauma, pregnancy, and postpartum, and reproductive challenges. I’m especially passionate about helping women soften a loud inner critic and feel less alone during life’s harder seasons. You don’t have to hold it all together here. We can figure it out, together.

Learn more about my personal background

Modern living room with a light-colored sofa, pink and blue pillows, a brown armchair, potted plants, framed leaf artwork, and soft lighting from floor lamps, with exposed brick wall and large windows with curtains.

My approach is holistic & trauma-informed, grounded in the belief that healing happens in safe, trusting relationships.

I see you as a whole person, mind, body, and spirit, and honor the ways your past shapes your present experience.

I use a depth-oriented approach to therapy, integrating EMDR and IFS-informed approaches to support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and mind-body integration. Through attachment-focused work and exploration of early childhood experiences, I help uncover how past relationships shape current patterns, behaviors, and emotional responses. This holistic, depth approach supports lasting healing from trauma, fosters self-awareness, and helps you build stronger emotional resilience.

Whether we’re working through trauma, exploring your inner parts, or addressing relational patterns, our work moves at a pace that feels right for you.

Therapy is a collaboration where empathy meets challenge for lasting change.

Some days might be about deep processing; other days, it’s simply about creating space to breathe and reconnect with yourself. Through it all, I’m here as a steady, empathetic presence, curious, grounded, and dedicated to helping you build insight and self-trust.

As your therapist, I will:

  • Listen without judgment and create a space where you can be your true self

  • Encourage both laughter and tears—because healing is messy, real, and human

  • Honor who you are, your identity, your experiences, and the unique way you experience the world

  • Not just engage in talk therapy - therapy can feel meditative and grounding with the integration of somatic work, resourcing, and parts work

  • Help you cultivate deep, inside-out healing - we will build coping skills, but our work together will go deeper and get to the root.

  • Challenge you when needed – I am attuned to my clients and believe that true growth often requires stepping out of your comfort zone.

My Values

Empathy

Empathy is at the heart of my practice. I deeply listen to your experiences without judgment, creating a space where you can express yourself freely. I believe that true healing begins when you feel truly seen and understood

Collaboration

I see therapy as a partnership where you are the expert of your own life, and I bring my expertise to guide you. Together, we'll set goals, explore your challenges, and discover the solutions that work best for you.

Inclusivity

I believe in creating a therapy space that is inclusive and accepting of all people, no matter their background, identity, or life experiences.

Cultural Sensitivity

Each persons experiences are shaped by their unique cultural, racial, and personal backgrounds. I understand that healing is not a one-size-fits-all process.
