When you submit a contact form, please email me, or call, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, and any information you choose to include. The website may also collect basic technical data (such as IP address or pages visited) for website functionality.

How Information Is Used:
Information is used only to respond to inquiries, provide scheduling, and communicate with you. I do not sell or share your information with marketers or unrelated third parties.

Protected Health Information (PHI):
PHI is not collected through this website. If you start therapy, your PHI is protected by HIPAA, and you will receive a separate Notice of Privacy Practices.

California Privacy Rights:
California residents may request to know or delete certain personal information collected through this website. These rights do not apply to PHI, which is governed by HIPAA.
